Hi, What Edition of SQL Server 2005 are you trying to install? If it's not the Enterprise Edition, then ensure it's not UAC which hinders you to install SQL Server. If non of them then you better post the Error Log of the Setup. PS You can't install a SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition on Windows XP or Vista.
